My name is Joel Rodriguez, a 3rd generation employee. My journey in the tourism industry began when I started working as an airport representative for Rico Sun Tours. Although I began at the entry-level position, my passion for travel and dedication to providing top-notch service to our clients propelled me to quickly rise through the ranks.
Through hard work and determination, I advanced within the company and now proudly hold the position of operations manager. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I am committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and continuously strive to improve and innovate within the industry.
My time at Rico Sun Tours has taught me the importance of attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership skills. I am grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me and I am excited to continue growing and thriving in the travel industry.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new destinations, trying local cuisines, and immersing myself in different cultures. Travel is not just my profession, but also my passion, and I am grateful to be able to pursue it every day in my career.
